If I cancel the MakeMyStrategy™ agreement, will the data be saved?

ANSWER: If you have deleted various data yourself before unsubscribing, these are of course deleted. If you do not delete your data, it is stored for 30 days, after which it will be irrevocably automatically deleted.

If I now cancel my agreement, can I get access to the "old" material/data?

ANSWER: If more than 30 days have passed since you terminated the agreement, your data will unfortunately no longer be accessible, but irretrievably deleted. The deadline is set based on a risk assessment, as it is generally not appropriate for MakeMyStrategy™ to have your confidential data lying around. We therefore always encourage you to back up your data - also on an ongoing basis when using MakeMyStrategy™.
